Without a doubt, the finest baked goods I’ve ever had! All of their products are exceptional. All organic ingredients, and they are always baked to perfection.
This is pizza from Ibis Bakery's Pizza Night that happens every Tuesday night over the summer. Each week on display is two pizzas with locally sourced ingredients; also some rare directly sourced ingredients, kombucha with a twist, wine, and a beer that pairs well with the pizza. Each week is different. Oh and the dessert is out of this world. They can sell out, so you will see a line that starts moving at 6. But the idea of a bakery that makes pizza! Great life decisions. Of course their normal breads are great too! Ibis is handicapped accessible, the staff are always friendly, and Black Dog Coffeehouse is right next to them.
Food is excellent. They only sell baked bread Wednesday through Saturday I believe. It's quite noisy and crowded the times I've been.
I think this may be my favorite bakery in town. I get my beloved cheese slipper and don't have to rise at dawn for it. Great sandwiches and coffee too. This place is always crowded no matter when I go. I do wish for white chocolate bread more often and I need to try out the pizza night. Thrilled they will be opening in the crossroads, closer to my house!
