The staff at this location is wonderful and they went beyond expectations for my rental car experience. They made sure I was picked up on time, gave me options to choose my car, I was dropped back on time. To everyone working here - Thanks for what you do!!!
Whole experience was easy. A really nice gentleman picked us up at our house. We signed the car out fast , no problem. The type of car we wanted and needed was available. I think the experience with renting a car from Enterprise went smoothly.
Do not go anywere else to rent a car . My wife has back problems so she trys out many cars when she finds the one that is good for her back THEY make sure that we get that one. They do this every time. The people there treat you like family. Great service from great people.
My go to car rental location. Exceedingly pleasant staff and very quick. The prices are very fair and they have a nice selection of cars. For me there is no reason to look for a different option.
I reserved a car 2 weeks before I needed it, then went to pick up a full size car on Friday, there weren't any options available! I wound up having to pay extra and take an SUV. When I went to return it, I mentioned what had happened, and the assistant manager, Cole, fixed everything for me! He apologized and fixed the rate to reflect my original request. Definitely professional crew, and will definitely be returning to this location for future rental needs!
