Pulled up by the front door to see what time the store opened. It was right at 8am, the same time the store opened. I saw a man coming to the door, I assumed to unlock the door. So I grabbed my prepackaged box to just hand to him. Chip, the guy at the door, very rudely opened the door to tell me "THAT'S NOT A PARKING SPOT" Well no kidding Chip, I pulled up to see when you opened, I thought you were coming to greet me at the door and take my package. Not talk to me rudely!
It's also a hassle to wait for an employee to come over and supervise the use of the computer. It was extremely convenient to pop in, load up your g-mail, print a few things, and leave. The last time I went I wasn't allowed to use the computer myself. This was my primary use for the store. It's not terrible to print things out there, but I will only be using it for large print jobs (100+ pages). Because of the new system it's easier and cheaper to print at home.
I have been shipping with ups and absolutely adore the gentleman that delivers to my house so it even bothers me to write this review about a UPS store. There is an older gentleman that works here that is flat out rude and mean! I showed here many times and he gives me an attitude. Its almost like am getting service for free. I only use them because they are close to my house but at this rate? I would rather drive miles out and take my business elsewhere. Fyi, don't expect them to label your package for you, then arrogant man will handle the label and watch you waste time fumbling with it. No customer skills whatsoever

I have been coming here for years now. Everyone is very nice, efficient, and knowledgeable about the services. The owner is almost always present in the store and very hands on, which I appreciate. They really care about their customers and the experience. Just standing in line you can hear the regulars coming in and out being greeted by name! That says something about the culture of THIS Ups store.
The employees are helpful and competent and the store is fine. This gets a 3 from me because of the changes to their printing system. You used to be able to go in and quickly use the computer to pull up your documents and print them. There is a $2.50 Computer Rental Fee if you don't send your documents to them beforehand. Firstly, I'm not going to send sensitive documents to anyone else just to print them. Secondly, there's no reason for the fee other than to milk an extra $2.50 from people. I could stand in the store and e-mail them documents from my phone to avoid it, but at that point I'll just print from home.
