Shout out to Drue and Bailey. Those guys really went above and beyond helping me (a random customer) out today! Very friendly and fully focused on figuring out the best way to help me. (I had been to a different hardware store with the same problem before that and they didn't give me that kind of help or attention.)
The guys that work here are amazing! They are always eager to answer my million and one questions about whatever project I'm working on.... from lawn maintenance to building a pergola, or wherever else I dream up. They never get frustrated when I ask for a price matching over 2 bucks! I live close by and so I'm a frequent customer, I appreciate all you guys do! Thanks!
Came in the other day to buy a bunch of patch material for my home exterior. I needed a 6 inch piece of lumber but I would have had to buy an 8 foot piece of wood for it. Scott (one of the many great employees there) went in the back room, found a scrap piece of wood, cut it to the exact size I needed and gave it to me... no charge! This is what customer service is about AND it makes me want to come to the store again and again. Give Scott a raise!
Waiting for price on cactus soil because staff said front desk would have price, when at counter she apologised saying she didn't have the price and called for a bag to be brought-up so that she could scan it. Then another employee came up to the front with a very small bag of soil and when the lady at the register told her it was the wrong one, it was outside, she threw the soil and a pot on the ground stomped outside. Not professional.
They've got just about everything and the staff is very helpful.
