They are fast. They are nice but they are inept. I went in for a chronic UTI and unrelenting fever. I've been calling for a week and a half trying to get my test results so my doctor could treat me since the ER sent me home with opiates and no different antibiotic. My doctor had to rerun all the tests. Klebsiella and it's in my kidneys now. Thanks so much. We will go to the big hospital from now on.

The ONLY good thing about this place is they get you in fast. I have been in the ER four times and the doctor sent me home causing extreme damage all 4 times, which lead to me being hospitalized for weeks. I was told I didn't have mono or an enflamed spleen and i did. I was told I dislocated my knee cap when I actually tore my ACL. I was told I didn't have a kidney infection which backed up into my blood stream THAT NIGHT and hospitalized me for weeks. Last time I told the doctor my arm was going numb, and he started hitting my arm saying "so you cant feel this?" When I told him I could he said "then your arm isn't numb." Well it was extreme nerve damage in my arm which costed me thousands because he didn't care to look . They've sent me to collections without billing my insurance. Then, when I tried to find out why, they said I was denied. They continuously billed the wrong insurance and sent me to collections anyways. I would call them and ask them which insurance they billed and they STILL couldn't bill the right one. My insurance had finally taken care of it in January, now it's the end of April and I got a letter from collections for the exact same bill. Then once when reviewing the papers, they had the incorrect SSN and birthday. I'll never go here again. Ever.

Husband went in for noise induced hearing loss and the doctor didn't perform a hearing test. He looked into his ear and then rubbed two fingers together close to his ear and asked if he could hear the noise his fingers were making. Very disappointed in the quality of care given.

We have used the ER three times, and I have had lab work done several times since I live so close, even though the work was ordered by other physicians. I just had them fax the orders to the Prairie Star lab. So easy, convenient, and never a wait. Staff has always been kind, friendly and knowledgeable. I once was transported to the main hospital by ambulance, at no cost to me or my insurance. This is our first choice for lab and ER care (although we hope to not need ER services again!)

I positively love my doctor and the rest of the staff
