I went to the Quivira location for the first time on 5/25/17 because it was open late and ours was out at the time. I arrived to the location around 6:30 to 6:45 pm with my child. I was not there for even more then 5 minutes before the employee on duty (Vincent) came up to me telling me he told me last week that if I came back and started issues I was banned so he is warning me to watch it. I expressed to him I was unaware what he was talking about that this was my first time. He laughed in my face saying he knows my face I come in all the time he will have his manger pull video to show me. I requested the number to his manager and asked to be shown the video. I called the number I was given for Mary the general manager and had to leave a message. The whole time I was there he followed me and my son around made it uncomfortable to even wait inside so I took my son out by our car to play and wait. That didn't stop him he still followed me outside. during the almost 2 hours I was there he approached me 4 times telling me to watch it, called me names and even brought other customers to my face to have them tell me they have seen me there before. I literally could not wait to leave. I believe they may have had issues in the past with other customers but for this being my first time and expressing that to them he showed the poorest of customer service. From that night I called the number for the general manager and left a total of four messages with no callback. On 5/30/17 I called one last time this time I made them aware I would be contacting an attorney first thing in the morning because they are not taken issues that happen at their facility seriously. Mid day today 5/31/17 I finally get a call back from Mary she was nice on the phone she said she was fully aware of what happen. Requested the video I was told they had to prove I had been there before and I would like an apology after. She told me she was not going to do that she did not have the time that was days and hours of footage. She did say she was sorry for what had happened that Vincent is not normally like that. She also let me know that Vincent will not be with them for awhile until "he gets himself together " as she stated because yesterday he was committed to a hospital and began telling me why he was in the hospital.
I was told that if I had a problem call the manager this morning (6/15) - not even worth it, if that's how the staff is trained! Worst customer service ever! I use to LOVE this location, but I'll take my business elsewhere from here on out. Somewhere I won't be "pushed out" with my laundry.
It's a good place to go to get stuff clean. Just so you get you load in before 9:30. They offer free WI-FI, snacks, sodas, and trinket machines for the kiddies.
I haven't needed a laundromat for a while, but I do need to take bulky things that I can't do at home. Bubble Room felt clean, though a bit worn. The staff offered to change my quarters for dollar coins for the larger machine to make it easier for me. I had forgotten my fabric softener and was able to buy what I needed here. There were plenty of folding tables and stools and chairs while I was here, but I did purposefully come first thing in the morning on a week day. It was great to have wifi so I could work while doing my laundry.
Called at 3:12 pm on 06/14/2017 - Noticed that the open light was turned off and I seen some cones in the parking lot upon passing to pick up my laundry from home to go and wash at this location which I generally go to - the phone was answered by a woman by the name of Gabby - I asked if the location was closed today and was told that they were open, but then after saying "thanks" (to Gabby) she stated "make sure you're here by 9 because I start sweeping and mopping between 9:15 and 9:30 - We all like getting out of here no later than 10" all I could say was wow...she then followed up with "yeah the door says last load at 9:30 whatever you don't have done by 9:30 we'll push you out the door with it!"

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER EMPLOYEES AND MANAGERS.
I will never go back to any of their location 1. poor customer service 2. they do not take issues with their employees and facilities seriously 3. management providing personal information regarding the employees just shows the type of people they are
I accidentally left a load of clothes there. I called the very next day and asked if they still had my clothes. They did, I was so happy! I had planned on going back to tip the attending who I thought had folded my clothes. When I opened the bag the majority of it was just crammed in there. In addition my two $40 bras were missing along with one of my work shirts. The attendant who is apparently a thief knows who she is. I will never use this laundry mat again. Leave your clothes behind at your own risk!!!
