Good people staffing the help desks all doing their best to try to assist patrons, no problems getting my concerns addressed
Very good service. Some customers need more research before they go to site.
I went on a Wednesday didn't realized they closed at noon. I went back the next week and got in and out in about an hour. The State Trooper was very nice and the lady at the desk was awesome.
WORST PLACE IN THE WORLD THE EMPLOYEES DONT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING SOULESS IDIOTS
I was there today and the nicest person -- KIM P - helped me with my Medicare sign up. The Trooper on duty was fab and I waited about 7 or 10 minutes to get helped. Kim was awesome!!! AND so professional and polite!!! Thank you!!!!
