From the moment I walked in Sara greeted me even while she was working with another customer. Then when i was trying to figure out how to lift a 40lb box of kitty litter Sara came over and got it for me. While grabbing a few things I was greeted and asked if I needed anything by Bella. Jessica helped me at check out and was sweet and friendly just like the other two. To beat all Bella picked up the box of litter and carried it to my car without being asked. 5 star customer service by these girls all the way. I was so impressed I went back in and got their picture. The store is very clean. The owners are very friendly as well. Location is great for me and prices are fair. Thank you for the outstanding service. I will be back.

The price in this place is almost comparable to best online price and you don't need to pay and wait for shipping. Staff are really friendly and ready to help. Definitely recommend this place.

Very friendly staff and great prices. Every single time I am there every employee that is near asks if you need help with anything. Also love the do it yourself dog wash stations! So many shampoos to choose from and unlimited towels.
I personally love the dog and cat bathing area. They have so many shampoo and conditioner options. Unlimited towels too!
Pretty clean store, friendly employees, great prices! But one BIG complain is that I saw the big Guinnea Pigs in pretty small aquariums.. they even have two BIG ones in one aquarium!!! These is a big NO NO for me! Poor babies have no room to roam and on top of this they have a big igloo in there with them too. This was very sad to see.
