I went in during their busy hours and was there for around two hours waiting for my time to get a physical. The staff was friendly and my physical took about five minutes. I was declared to be in good health and after waiting for another fifteen minutes for paperwork I was on my way.
Very efficient and cordial. In and out in about 45 minutes which isn't bad for being a walk-in.
I found the staff to be excellent and very helpful! PT was extremely helpful for my injury, and my therapist was very knowledgeable and great! Dr. Zhao was awesome, so kind and compassionate. I felt like I was in great hands throughout. Sometimes the wait was long to get to see the Doctor. Otherwise, I had a great experience.
Nice facility, very helpful staff, but uncertain about the doctors. I was never given a straight answer when I asked questions. The doctors just wanted to talk about other issues and not the one I was there for. When I left I was counfused and uncertain what was going to happen next.
This is particular facility is exquisitely pathetic. I send a great deal of my employees here for DOT physicals. My drivers have always complained to me about this medical facility. Well last week I was able to experience it first hand. The employees at concentra had trouble doing routine tasks... I was expecting to get there and be there for an hour maybe a little longer. I was there for 3 hours 15 minutes... They need to get everyone on the same page so the facility can run smoother. People could also use some lessons in manners and social tact. We will be considering other option for our drivers in the future.
