I had the worst expierence with this company. First the company never told me when they were going to do the job. I had to call everytime to get some kind of communication going. When they finally told me when they were going to come out and roof my house, They were a no show. When I call that afternoon to ask what was going on they said they would call me right back. The next day they called back to schedule the job and said they could not do it for six weeks! I complainted and they said that they would be out that weekend. They were not, I called them monday morning and they said opps, and that they would be out that friday. They did not make it out that Friday but they did finally make it out on that Saturday and woke me up at 7:00 am. The guys that did the work seemed to do a good job except that I ended up with a lot of debris in my attic and several black marks on the front of my house. Then they never asked for payment. Which normally wouldn't bother me except that I needed a recepit for my insurance. Finally they send me a bill and it has unauthorized charges on it and was more than $2,000.00 over the bid. I again complained and complained, finally they acknowledged that the charges were not authorized by myself or my insurance company and they accepted the bid payment in full. Two weeks later I get a bill that is even larger than what they told me I owed the first time!! After some angry emails and calls I got them to again agree that they were paid in full. The only person at the place that seemed competent was George Coe.
