Waited in the drive through for 10 minutes to put my order and another 7 to get my food. After I drove off I noticed my order was wrong. Went back and inside I waited another 5 minutes before the recognized me. They did attempt to correct the order but after another 5 minutes I didn't have time to eat before my next appointment. I asked for my money back. They did not apologize or make any attempt to maintain customer satisfaction. Extremely disappointed!
The trash in my drink did not bother me. What bothered me, is that I made a decision to politely call this location to let them know I found trash in my tea, and someone needs to clean the tank and/or ice machine. Unfortunately, no one answered. I called upwards of 8 times in a row, and no answer. I'm certain I was using the correct number.
Rana the manager has bad customer service skills. Don't expect a smile or any kind of friendliness from her. I can't comment on the food because I got a refund and left
I'm so irrationally angry right now. You put trash in my drink, and then you can't answer the phone, so I can privately inform you of the problem?! I hope this review brings about a change in procedure for this below par establishment.
Unfriendly drive thru staff. You can tell one of the staff really dislikes their job. No "thank you", no "Hi, how are you" no smile. I have encountered the same staff member twice, and they had the same attitude each time. As for The wrap I ordered, it looked like a one armed pirate assembled it. It was dry and over cooked as well. I will definitely avoid this Wendy's for now on.
Got an iced tea, and at the bottom of my drink, there was a chunk of blue lint, with a short strand of plastic in the middle of the lint. Clearly, it was a piece of someone's clothing.
If you want to starve... this place is great. I could have gotten service at a 5 star restaurant faster than you people make some damn nuggets.
